Get Ready to Launch
Launch
is our two-day academic studio (Mondays & Wednesdays) focused on structured work blocks, accountability, and guided academic support.
Students bring their own coursework and spend the morning in focused academic work blocks, supported by on-site adult oversight and designated small group tutoring time. Our goal is to help students build discipline, complete assignments efficiently, strengthen executive functioning skills, and develop independent work habits in a calm, focused environment.
Afternoons provide opportunities for independence – allowing students to deepen their work, pursue personal projects, prepare for exams, or continue receiving support as needed. Launch is ideal for students who benefit from accountability, peer focus and a consistent academic rhythm outside the home.
Launch Lab
is our Friday mentorship and leadership program focused on career exploration, communication skills, professional exposure, and real-world readiness.
Each month, students engage with a curated industry professional through live discussion and Q+A. Think Ted Talks, but for highschoolers! Weekly lab sessions focus on professional communication, decision making frameworks, career exploration, resume and portfolio development, networking skills, and real-world application.
Students don’t just listen, they apply. Through guided projects, public speaking, business analysis exercises and accountability check ins they build confidence, initiative and clarity about their future direction.
